Who we are
The Verdei Group LLC ("Verdei," "we," "us") operates verdeigroup.com. We're a Franklin, Tennessee company providing community association management, commercial facility management, and real estate services in Middle Tennessee. What we collect, and why
This website has no user accounts and does not store your submissions in a database. We collect only what you choose to submit through our forms, plus the limited technical data described under "Site analytics" and "Abuse prevention."
Form notifications generally go to Verdei staff mailboxes. Some forms also send a confirmation copy to the email address you provide, as described below.
- Contact form. Your name, contact details, and your message. This form also handles vendor applications (business, services, insurance and licensing status), real-estate inquiries, and rental or tenant-placement requests, with the business or property details those forms ask for. Used solely to respond to your inquiry or application.
- Proposal request (RFP). Contact details and information about your association or property, including any financial and operational details you choose to provide: operating income and expenses, operating and reserve account balances, invested funds, delinquency rates, special assessments, budget range, current-management history, and related service-request details. Used solely to prepare and discuss the proposal you requested.
- Schedule-a-call form. Your name, contact details, and preferred times. Used solely to set up the call you asked for. We email a confirmation to the address you provide, including a calendar (.ics) attachment containing the appointment details, your name, and your email address.
- Support / document submission. Your name, contact details, your message, and any documents you attach. This form also handles maintenance requests, water-damage reports, new-owner and new-renter intake, and violation reports; those can include details about your property and, for violation reports, information about other people. Include only what is needed. Documents submitted for real-estate closings can contain sensitive personal and financial information: submit only the documents requested, and where practical redact information the request doesn't require.
- Survey. Your responses and the contact details the survey asks for. Used to review your feedback. A confirmation copy of your responses is emailed to the address you provide.
Document uploads. Forms that accept attachments take JPG, PNG, HEIC, or PDF files, up to 3 files and 4 MB per submission. Uploads are validated for type and size, attached to the notification email, and delivered to our staff mailboxes; this website does not retain a copy after delivery.
Saved drafts on your device. To save your progress, the proposal-request form stores a draft of your answers (including any financial details you've entered) in your own browser's local storage. That draft stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit. Accessibility preferences you set are stored the same way.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are sent through Resend. Notifications are delivered to our staff mailboxes on Microsoft 365; confirmation copies, where a form sends one, go only to the email address you provide. Each provider processes the data only to provide its service to us. We share personal information only with these providers as needed to operate the site, or where required by law. We do not sell it or share it for cross-context advertising.
Site analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site usage and performance (pages visited, approximate region, device type, load times). These tools are cookieless: they do not set tracking cookies and do not follow you across other websites. We see aggregate statistics, not a profile of you. Pages containing our forms are excluded from analytics events.
Abuse prevention
To protect our forms from automated abuse, we use an automated bot-detection service (Vercel BotID). Its script loads with the site and evaluates technical browser and network signals when you submit a form. Submissions are also subject to rate limits based on network address. We use these checks only to distinguish people from bots and to limit abuse, not to identify or profile you.
How long we keep it
Submissions delivered to our business mailboxes are retained as business records for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose you submitted them. Business email records may remain in our operational mailboxes and our providers' systems according to business needs and the providers' retention and deletion practices. Records connected to a transaction or a legal obligation (for example, real-estate closing documentation) may be retained longer as required. You may request deletion (see "Your choices and requests").
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including transport encryption (HTTPS), upload type and size validation, automated abuse controls, and delivery of form notifications restricted to our own staff mailboxes, with confirmation copies sent only to the email address you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Email info@verdeigroup.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion. We will respond to reasonable requests and honor them where feasible; some records may be retained where we have a legitimate business or legal reason (for example, completed transaction records).
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services, including the resident/owner portal (AppFolio) and the HomeWiseDocs document-ordering service, where fees are paid to that service directly. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only verdeigroup.com.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
